Growing up, I always dreamed of being a professional surfer or a model
— and, I always knew I would become a mum.
In my teenage years, I spent countless hours posing with my friends and snapping their photos with my mum's fancy flip phone. I quickly learnt that to become a model, I'd have to give up ice-cream and chocolate, so that dream quickly died.
Fortunately, I discovered I loved being behind the camera just as much as I did in front of it. So, I studied photography in high school and a few years later was gifted my first 'real' camera. Posing people has always been my speciality, so expect to be guided and prompted throughout your session!
Photographing my own kids isn't as fun as I had always imagined it would be. Ever heard of photographer's kid syndrome (where photographers kids absolutely hate being in photos...) well, my kids well and truely have it!
And, the surfing dream? It took a backseat when we moved to the bush. Diving under the Arnhem Land waves and a yearly cyclone season surf is nearly as good as catching the perfect wave!

When I'm not behind the camera, you’ll find me teaching swim lessons at the pool or going on adventures with my wonderful little family.
We love the outdoors, and with two fishing-obsessed boys, our lifestyle revolves around boat, bush, and beach adventures—our happy place!
Don’t be fooled by the pretty dress... I’ll be the one at your session looking like a hot sweaty mess, rocking my mum bun and black Laura Jane tights. I have endless patience, so chaos and screaming kids during a session doesn’t faze me one bit. Being one of five kids meant my childhood was always loud, busy, and full of fun!
